"My car AC went out on my 2019 Honda HR-V and it has been a hassle to find this AC compressor and AC kit. I been trying for about a month because apparently the car is still so new and the parts aren't out yet at AutoZone or Oreilles. "I would leave a 0 if I could. I purchased a battery with a 3 yr warranty about 1.5 years ago. That battery died the other day, so I got a jump and went to get it replaced. Everything was fine until I had to get up and go to work. My car wouldn't unlock, the dashboard wouldn't come on and it didn't start. I spent all day stressed out thinking it was my alternator. Went to jump it and noticed my battery wasn't secured properly. All fittings were loose. It came on the moment they were reattached. If you don't know how to secure a battery, just say that. I'm just glad my vehicle didn't stall on the freeway. Please retrain your employees."

"Update: May 2023: Captain Save A Girl, Tyler Bolton strikes again! I was stuck with a flat, needing air, no spare & Roadside Assistance calls exhausted. I texted everyone in my phonebook, almost 200 people, and the only person to show up 30 minutes was Mr. Bolton. He had just clocked out and came right over. This is customer service and The East End/2nd Ward at its finest. To this day, he refuses to accept any payment of any kind, except perhaps the occasional Monster. November 2022: Advanced Auto Parts’ Tyler strikes again! Tyler wasn’t even in front today but he came out from the back because we asked after him & this made us feel important. We needed a new battery & had a tight budget. Tyler patiently explained our options, warranties & helped compare varying costs. Upon learning that our car was just across the street, he offered to send someone over to install the new battery & take away the old. We had a ride but it was a kind & thoughtful gesture that really touched us. Tyler has our gratitude & admiration. Advanced Auto Parts, because of Tyler, has our loyalty! September 2022: We walked in for advice & got so much more! Yesterday’s flood caught me & the impact broke the front clips of our bumper. We didn’t know where to start. Tyler came right outside & immediately got to work. In 15 minutes he detached fender liner & aligned the bumper. This will get me to work & the dealership tomorrow. And it’s Labor Day weekend! Tyler didn’t have to do a thing but give an opinion & instead he lifted us up to get to the next step! Of course, we’re on our way to bring him a Monster-he wouldn’t accept anything else.
