"I have spoke to the young man about a headlight that I needed and he gave me the wrong one. I go up to the store and when I try to explain to them they just keep cutting me off and telling me that they can not exchange the lightbulb. The guy just asked for my car information but never which one I needed whether the high or low. Before I had left the store I had asked the young man if the light bulb wouldn’t fit would they be able to exchange and he said yes. Such a disappointment since I even spoke to the manager and was rude telling me stuff about the purchase."

So please don't get mad at them if parts take a while to get to you or if it takes a while to get someone on the phone. It's not their fault and they're all working very hard to make it work for us. "I called in to order a heater hose assembly. The problem was they mentioned I needed to show up in person, but an employee named Jessie was able to place the order for me. It was a special order but his team made it happen. I showed up two days later when the part was ready and had no issues. They also lent me a tool so that I could make the replacement. I'm really happy about their customer service skills. Keep it up."
