"My quarter panel window in my convertible got broken into and only Infiniti could replace it. While fixing the window, they ripped the seal in my hardtop convertible. I didn’t realize until almost a year later when it started pleurisy rain and there was a massive leak near the window they replaced. I took my car back to the Infiniti service dept and nice only did they charge me to look at the work they did, they refused to take responsibility for it bc it cost too much to fix (over 5k). I would never trust them to repair anything and standby their work."
