"This place is horrible I went in on last Monday and paid cash for 4 parts they all had different delivery dates within that week was told they will reach out to me once parts have arrived well a week and a day has gone buy and still no parts went to LKQ this past Friday to inquire about parts still not there also tried calling to no avail called yesterday which was Monday the gentleman told me they would arrive overnight Call this morning to only here the part I needed the most still not here also after paying $727.25 they threatened to send my items back because I had not pick them up mine you Friday when I went to LKQ Bobby gave me the option to pick up the 3 parts that were already there or wait till the 4th part got there I told him I would wait till the other part got there these people are rude don’t answer the phone DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM HERE THEY DONT WANNA WORK AND THEY ARE RUDE AS HELL"

"I was disappointed, I ordered a used rear bumper for my truck and thought it was a good price and bargain. Butafter going to pick it up I saw it dirty and had a larger than quarter sized dent."

"What a horrible experience! I ordered the part online and submitted a cut sheet for a quarter panel, I got an email stating it was ready for pick up, I tried calling to verify before pick up nobody picked up the phone after over 20 tries decided to show up for pick up the part 3 days after the emailed date to give them enough time to have it ready for me, the part got canceled and I was never notified, they couldn't do anything for me at the shop location and had to deal with people online. I got a new pick up date for the following week again called the shop and finally got tru after an hour of dialing some guy name ERIC answered with the worst attitude and said The part was not ready and didn't even attempt to make a sell I asked for a resolution to my issue and pretty much told me to deal with it anyway I wanted. Save yourself a bad time and skip this place, I canceled the order and still have to see how that goes."
