"I brought my car in to have the air conditioning repaired, and every part of my experience was poor. I dropped my car off, and the service representative I handed my keys to said an Uber would pick me up so quickly I shouldn’t bother walking inside the building. It actually took me bothering the representative and an employee behind the counter 6 times and waiting 2 hours for an Uber to show up. After this initial repair was completed, my service representative left way early for the day and then took several days off, so even though my car was ready they wouldn’t let me pick it up until several days later when he returned. If it was fixed and all I had to do was pay then couldn’t I just come get it during open hours? The total for the repairs was so high I considered trading it in for a newer vehicle, but decided to go ahead with the repairs. However, the issue wasn’t fixed at all. If the a/c doesn’t work, you can just turn the car on and detect that, so that’s a mystery to me why they claimed it was fixed. I brought it back in, and they recommended more repairs to get the a/c working. Once I complained about how their initial repairs didn’t fix the problem and they didn’t even realize it, they offered me a free oil change. When I requested the oil change, they claimed no one had told me that and said I’d have to pay the regular price. Their website is also screwy and added someone else’s car to my account, which led to confusion at every turn. The online report had incorrect prices, and conveniently no one caught it until the repair was completed. I had to continually remind them of my basic information (phone number and address), sometimes multiple times in a row, as if there was no way for them to know that? Their complimentary Ubers frequently don’t get booked and the employees get a bad attitude when you have to ask multiple times for them to book/rebook them. Not once did they simply book an Uber and have it show up - I had to approach employees on site or call the dealership repeatedly for the booking to work. The service technician also gave me a disconnected phone number, so I had to call the number on their website, which once went to a call center where the employees had no way of contacting the local service department. I’d highly recommend this place to my worst enemy."
"This locations employees can't read an odometer. Along with refusal of service for lack of ability to read numbers. Don't waste your time here."
"Find out how much OEM parts are from plenty of online dealerships before going over here. The parts department will try and get their commission check out of you if you're not careful. Tried to charge me $60 for 8 washers I found online same OEM part number for $36 shipped. I would shop online before throwing money away with these people. Specially the gentleman in the parts department who always look like they are having their worst day every time I've visited."
