"Dropped my truck off for an alignment at 11am. Didn’t get it back until 7pm. Granted I didn’t set an appointment but I was told it’ll be done in around 2 hours. It’s not the the delay that makes me upset, it’s the lack of communication. Not once did I get a call saying there was a delay. I reached out 3 times to check the Status until finally they had to go home so they finished my truck up. oh and my truck still drifts to the left, which which was the reason I brought it end to begin with."

"I dropped my car off at 11:30 am and they did not even start my oil change and I had to pick it up at 4:50 pm because I couldn't wait any longer. I will look elsewhere for oil change. This is ridiculous! I had to wait 5-6 hours to get them to change my oil. Bye Felicia. I don't recommend this place."
