"Devon Luther was an amazing server. This was my first time here. He assisted me with the menu. Brian thank you too for your hospitality. Kendall you are sweet. Thank you."
"Kamey (don’t know how she spells it) was awesome even though she had just started this week. Food wasn’t terrible, but comparing to other sushi restaurants in the area, it’s just ok and the presentation is a little messy."
"I've been going to Nori for lunch on and off for around 6 years - this was my first visit in the new location. Food and portion sizes were all identical and good. Prices have gone up a bit in the last year - but of course they have. I've never had a bad meal here and will continue to patronize it."
"Update: In addition to the below issues, I’m sad to say we’ve had others, similar to other reviews recently. Since the new location opened, the portion sizes have become smaller, and the last 2 times I ordered miso soup, it was just broth with 1-2 cubes of tofu floating around. Not even any seaweed. This is the only place I know of that does the Texan roll (tempura jalapeño, fish, cream cheese). So we might come back just for that. Such a shame, this place was a staple in the neighborhood before. We ordered pickup last night. I asked for 2 Texan hand rolls and to use seaweed instead of soy paper. She repeated the whole order back to me and it was correct, she included the sub. When I got home and opened everything, the hand rolls were made with soy paper instead of seaweed. We called the restaurant and spoke to Nick. He said that since they were about to close, they couldn’t re-make them or refund me. He said I could just throw them away. I asked him several times if that was really his only response - he said they could give me a free seaweed salad. 2 hand rolls are about $20, a seaweed salad is less than $5. And I don’t even like seaweed salad. I’m a regular and come in 2-3 times every month. They always make the rolls with seaweed when I ask. I felt it was fair to offer me a refund or to make them correctly at no cost the next time I come by, since it will be soon enough. Nick refused. It was one of the strangest (and worst) customer service experiences I’ve ever had."
"I have eaten at Nori many times, but I can honestly say that the new location and improved menu makes this a 5 star in my book. Excellent food and service! And from the moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable and relaxed. On the main wall next to the entrance is a beautiful collection of teapots. Really nice touch. I wish only one thing be changed: The televisions were tuned to commentator shows instead of sports news channels, actual games or maybe a cartoon for the children since almost every table had at least two. While I'm trying to enjoy my excellent dining experience, I would like to temporarily shut off the chaos and destruction broadcast feeds to my mind."
