"The service was terribly slow no communication whatsoever. They had two people taking orders as the line continued to back up. They were not greeting with the normal my pleasure personality when I asked what was taking them so long, the worker just blamed the kitchen after placing my order and going to the front they came out with my shake with no whip cream or cherry after asking me if I wanted it at the drive-through only to tell me they Don’t have any whip cream didn’t say anything about the cherries my waffle fries We’re not fresh at all and no one seemed happy to be at work that I came in contact with during my purchase. This is really unfortunate because Chick-fil-A is known for their good experiences and of course can’t always be perfect but a word of suggestion the employees need to go through some sensitivity, training or customer service training again, because when they are at work, they need to give the expected customer service"

"I was disappointed to find that Chick-fil-A was out of Greek yogurt parfaits during breakfast on my visit. It's unusual for a well-known establishment to run out of a menu item, especially one that's a breakfast staple. The lack of availability impacted my dining experience and left me wishing for better inventory management. While I appreciate the brand's popularity, I hope they address this issue to ensure a more consistent and satisfying customer experience in the future."

"After they remodeled its been the worst, we came tonight with my wife and waited for a long time standing up, manager was just on his phone and no one taking orders. They told us to seat down and that some one would take our order, no one ever came and manager just starred at us. Definitely not that amazing service Chick Fil A usually provides and definitely will not be coming here again, i rather drive further than beg for service!!"

"Ordered a salad and the wait/service wasn’t bad but there was barely any grilled chicken on it. I have ordered the spicy southwest salads many times from Chick-fil-As all over Houston and I have never in my life been given a salad that looks this pathetic. There are literally 4 bites of chicken, not even enough for HALF of a grilled chicken fillet. If I hadn’t driven all the way home first I would have gone inside and asked for a new one because this is NOT WORTH 10$. It’s like they took more than half of my chicken and tossed it on another persons salad :("

"Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles because I can’t stand the smell or taste. I was given extra pickles and at that point it was not even something I could eat with all the vinegar soaking the bun and chicken filet."
