"Called to see if I could get an oil change because I was way overdue. The guy who picked up the phone (Mark) ensured me that he could fit me in and get me out quickly too. Got checked in quickly and while I was waiting I couldn’t help but overhear the conversation with another guest who was having issues with her car. Mark was going through her problems, listening, and explaining the different case scenarios to help her make the best choice. Hearing him being open and honest with her; who obviously was stressed out and worried about cost, made me feel at ease that they weren’t going to suddenly find something wrong with my car.
