Salata

"First went to a salata in Dallas and was hooked. This one at grand marketplace is of course new and terrific. They have (10) 4 person booths as well as 12 tables in the middle to serve another 34 people. I've visited at odd times. Today it's 2pm, all the booths are taken and they are very comfortable. The folks come from memorial hermann, lots of ladies come for lunch with friends, the odd construction worker visits too. Love the huge fresh selection of ingredients. I always get a regular size salad for $10(it's gone up $2 due to bidenflation) then take home any leftovers for snack. Bright place, fairly quick service but no one comes out to check on patrons. Today it was busy on a rainy day. A little muggy inside, they needed AC to draw moisture from air. I like consistently fresh produce. Come for the healthy tasty food. Great addition to this area, something besides fast food."

"Salata is one of my go to places to get a good salad. Always well-made, and the ingredients area is always kept meticulously clean at Salata. The ice machine was broken this day, but a bucket of ice was provided with a scoop."

"I used to come to this Salata all the time, with great service and great flavor. I come for lunch and dinner. The last times I had come the service is horrible, they don’t have all the vegetables and protein, and when I ask for more they always say the do not have. No lemons, no enough teas, crumbles of pita chips, and they don’t want to give you more than 2 scoops of dressings ( I used to work for Salata and it’s been always 3 scoops for dressing for free). No ice. And when you ask if they more of an item them say NO. it’s one of my favorite restaurants and it’s close to my house and it’s so sad me and my family will not be coming again to this location."

"Normally most Salata locations are good but not this one. I found a dead bug in my food. When I emailed the management about this, they did respond timely. However I missed their phone call and could not reach them again. Won’t be eating here again. Unsure about the sanitary practices and cleanliness of this establishment :("
