"Wasn’t going to write anything, because I understand people have long and busy days. However, the tall cashier guy mocked my race for coming in at 10 PM. He repeated “sorry no pizza for you” about 5x and seems he thinks he’s funny. I’m writing this for the sake of his two female coworkers who were busy trying to close and seemed like they had been working hard the entire night. They deserve better than to have to work with this guy and I hope management replaces him soon. For those reading this review, be kind to the rest of the staff. They apparently have a 1000 orders a day, and most of the workers do seem like good hardworking folk."
"Please believe reviews and stop giving this place your money. We have waited so many times, way longer than anyone should for mediocre pizza. That’s our fault. Don’t make the same mistake. The pizza is never ready, takes an hour often, and then they argue with customers and lie, while the lobby is full of people waiting way too long. This place should get no more business until something changes."
"Food is never ready, even if you order in advance and you get there at the time they say it will be ready. ITS NOT!!!! If it says ready by 7 expect your pizza to be ready at 8. It’s not the first time this has happened. And they don’t give you what you ordered. At least we got a refund."
"Does a manager work on Friday night? The girl at the counter was eating French fries and gossiping about high school stuff on her air pod. Ma'am you shouldn't be on your phone when you're at work and people are waiting to place their orders. Hope she develops a better work ethic before she enters the real world."
"Ordered thr deep dish, suppose to be done by 819. I get there 820 app still says it's not ready. No big deal I assume they are busy. I wait 15 minutes in my car still nothing, I go in and I see my order loaded in the portal but they didn't add it so I can't even get it out, takes 5 minutes to talk to someone. Still I'm not bothered it's Little Caesars it's some what expected. I grab my pizza and head home to watch the game. Open the box and the pizza has zero sauce, I mean literally zero sauce. This will be my last time at this location! Even with low expectations this location still failed on multiple levels."
