"Unbelievable!! Pizza Hut will never get my business again. Placed an order at 6:20 p.m., and we received it at 8:08 p.m. Ohhhh, they forgot to tell us that they are short staff with delivery personnel. Pizza was NOT HOT!! Plus, they don't even pick up the phone calls. How so you complain?"

Then I called customer service and nothing was resolved because after over an hour of back and forth, and holding, the agent hung up on me…"

"Totally dry and gross. Like another reviewer stated it was no better than frozen. Ordered extra cheese and it was definitely not there. Hardly any sauce. Dry tasteless crust. Also did carryout so it was picked up “fresh”. Not sure if it’s because we ordered a small, but so not worth it. I know it’s only Pizza Hut, but other locations seem to do better. We threw it away."
