"If I could give 0 stars I would. I called 6 days ago to place an order for my daughter's holiday party to be delivered straight to the school. I EVEN called the day before to follow-up so there would be no issues and for confirmation. The manager first tells me her store doesn't deliver to my daughter's school, eventhough, I remember her voice taking the order. I call back again and mysteriously after continuously asking several probing questions, she says she sees the order, but originally she swore up and down she didn't see nor had the order and told me it had to be another store...I then told her to look up my order by my number and name (why am I telling her how to do her job) and she finds the order...but IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I pre-paid for the order and followed up the day before. There is NO excuse for non-communication. It's so embarrassing to have the entire class go without lunch, because of poor service, communication and terrible customer service. This location is very unreliable, and incompetent employee(s), with a lack luster for simple communication."

"Worst pizza delivery ever!! If it’s up to this location I would stop ordering Pizza Hut completely!! We love the breadsticks so got an order of 15 - all 15 of them were not well cooked, one order burnt and one doughy!! Both had no seasoning. When I called the store guy he said it doesn’t come with seasoning. I hope the owner reads this and does something. I see a lot of similar reviews. It’s time you do something about this."
