"So I probably frequent Crust about every 14 days. It’s very close to my work and house. My kids and wife enjoy it too. Today is my birthday and we celebrated this weekend, so I figured I would grab some pizzas from crust. I called in an order for 2 large pizzas: a cheese for the kids and a margarita for me and my wife. Unfortunately, Crust gave a veggie instead of the margarita. My wife detests onions, mushrooms and olives on pizza. I gave them a call letting them know that I had an incorrect order. They fixed it, offering another pizza to make up for the mistake. They told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. I get there and the lady taking orders has no idea what I’m talking about and no record of my wife ordering pizzas. After about 5 minutes… the find my margarita pizza… it is very cold and under another name. It was a little apathetic on how it was handled. I am annoyed that I didn’t get to share dinner with my family on my birthday. There are a lot of pizza places in the area, and I will most likely try a different one next time."
