"Ivan really helped me out with an issue I had I noticed the store all full and such and didn’t have a good experience with another worker that was a bit aggressive when he spoke to me earlier as I was trying to explain what I was doing with the part and he just walked away and started helping other people had to go look for Ivan cause he seemed like he knew what he was doing instead of the other guy . The other guy Montez didn’t even tell me he needed help or waiting for Ivan or excused himself or anything cause he didn’t speak to me when he walked away to the other register leaving me there by myself. Only reason I knew he was looking for him was cause he seemed like he tilted his head looking outside . Hire more people like Ivan as he was dealing with multiple people and they were in and out readily with no issues that I saw . People should know how to speak to people like they’re human beings and such . Appreciate you very much Ivan . Tonn was also super nice and when I noticed him he was was also smiles and helping other customers in the store with no issues as well . They both deserve raises . If anyone else comes here ask for those two guys very courteous ."
