"200% mark up on MSRP! You know MRSP prices are inflated to begin with, but this place, without apology and quite an arrogant counter staff, quotes parts at 200% markup on MSRP. I'm working on a restoration and went in with a long parts list. (I had to go in because they don't answer their phone.) I had already looked up parts on Mazda's website so I knew the MSRP and was expecting to pay that if I ordered locally. But no. They started quoting the parts at 200% markup, said they had none in-stock and would have to order it. I told the counter guy that I knew the MSRP on the parts and that if I had to wait on them to order parts then I might as well buy them myself online BELOW MSRP. It didn't phase him. He was actually cocky about it. I would imagine the whole dealership is this way, and based upon the other reviews I see it's accurate. In my opinion based upon my experience, this is old school, rip off the public, buyer beware car dealership operations. Just avoid them."

We did our research to see the trade value of our car, but Cuong made sure that we get the max value which is more than what we expected and made the deal much easier. 3. No hidden fees, like addons that you don't need, or a hint of taking advantage to get most dollar out of you. He is genuine and caring and he explain to you in simple English. Cons: 1. Luckily on our end none - In addition to the extended warranty that they added on the deal, and helpful staff. I would say we have a great experience coming to Jeff Haas."

"This dealership is crooks. They gave me a loan contract that was different from what was agreed, both in terms and who was servicing the loan. I went in with my own lender approval and walked out with one they had switched me to. They kept the monthly payment the same and added a couple years to it as well. I ended up defaulting and losing the vehicle due to the changes"
