"This store here needs to learn compassion and etiquette. Came in today around 3-4pm with a sprang wrist and needed help changing out my gate remote battery. Some dirty dark blonde hair heavy set lady (with an attitude) smuggly states “we can’t help because if we break , we’re reliable). I begged and even offered to purchase BOTH battery and a small gate remote, just in case it did break because I truly needed the help. She smiled as I struggled at the counter to open the small remote to see what battery I needed. My wrist was on fire at this point. An African American male (because I don’t know his name) and Hispanic black hair lady ( I don’t know her name) wanted to help me so bad. The black hair lady gave me tools that would help me open it. Thank God. Shame on dirty blonde hair lady. Shame on this company. I was willing to spend more money here to get the help I needed and was declined. Never will I ever shop here again. I will not be giving a company my hard earned money and they can’t even take 2 secs to help with the exact thing I purchased from them! Absolutely not!!"
