"I had to call ten minutes after receiving the notification that the food was ready (which was not an issue - I just wanted to ensure that my food wasn’t sitting up and forgotten about). A rude tall white male (probably in his 40/50s) handed me a bag with an incomplete order. I received the two small bowls I created, but was missing the kids meal and two drinks. I informed him of what I was missing (the Mac and cheese with an apple juice). He said they were out of apple juice and stated that “I would have to take that up with whatever.” I informed him that I was also missing a sweet tea. He walked away without a word. Zero politeness and poor customer service from this guy during the entire interaction. I was extremely calm and trying my best to be patient with such rude remarks and a terrible attitude. He could’ve at least spoke when he approached me, offered an alternative beverage option or refund, and said thank you once I received the rest of my order. Now I have to pray over my food/drink in case this was a racist individual, because that’s honestly the vibes I received from him. I drove near an hour through evening traffic from central Houston to this location in Humble, and I am extremely dissatisfied and will never return to this location again. These workers need to remember that without customers, businesses would cease to exist, and without business operating, they would be out of a job. God bless them."

"Absolutely not impressed and almost repulsed by this place. Not cleanly in the least bit. Our server washed our bowls in hand wash only sink and brought them sopping wet with water still in them. Even though we all ordered small bowl, when they came out the kids bowl was twice the size of the regular and our noodles were all different. The noodles were hard and old tasting. My daughter barely ate any of hers saying it didn't taste good. The server brought us hand paper towels put of the dispenser for napkins and plastic forks. Our table was so wobbly it almost tipped over once. The entire place was run down and needing repairs. The bathroom was unclean. Keep going and don't stop. None of us finished our food and we didn't even take our drinks, the water tasted nasty. The health inspector needs to visit this place for sure. The kitchen staff cranked some ungodly rap music that was blaring out into dining area. So inappropriate for kids and honestly not even appropriate for adults. I am forced to give it 1 star, but not worthy of that one star"

"Let me start by saying this new trio that they have is great! The sweet and sour and the general TSO chicken were the best the other one didn’t have too much of a taste no flavor. Kesha who fix my food was great she was definitely professional and her customer service skills were fantastic!"
