"I went to best buy to get a blue ray player. I was lost I wasn't sure which one to get. A young man named Ruben was so helpful he went over the different players. After he explained the different features I was able with his help to pick one out. Thanks again Ruben you deserve a raise. A+A+A+."
"Went to my best buy next door of my HOA and the staff was USELESS. There were literally 8 or 9 employees working, and NO ONE could assist me. I tried to flag an employee down... they turned and walked really fast the other way. Keep in mind I'm about to spend about 2 thousand bucks here, and employees run from you? So I left. Googled this best buy, and the service was like night and day between the two.. got exactly what I wanted with great service. Spending 2,000 dollars at ANY establishment in this economy is nothing to frown on. You'd think you'd be more helpful to shoppers knowing they can take their 2 grand somewhere else. But I love the products at Best Buy, so I just Googled a different location still spent money with them.... do better, guys. I would highly recommend this location, though."
