"Never in my life have I experienced this at any cfa. Raw nuggets delivered to us, about 6 were eaten before a feeling of looking and seeing that it was raw, not sure if the others were raw or it was just this one but regardless that’s cross contamination and absolutely disgusting. Immediately threw up. Staff seemed to not give any care at all, and couldn’t figure out how to get it resolved at all."

"This place is buns! Any recent 5star review is a bot. They sell old fries here, watery milkshakes and can't even get the condiments right. The teens couldn't care less. No one says my pleasure or flashes a smile. Refunds are not an option for legitimate food errors. I will never come here again."

"Was here on 04/29/2023 at 7:23pm. The girl taking orders through the intercom was very short, rude and clearly annoyed before I even ordered... I guess by the intercom? Because she asked me if I could repeat my order... when I asked her if she could repeat my order at the end to make sure she got it all, she immediately worsened her tone from annoyed to just plain rude. I'm glad I asked because she repeated wrong. This is the second time I've experienced rudeness in this location. The first time it happened, I dismissed it as a once in a blue moon situation or maybe the employee was having a bad day. I'm a local here and I have to say, the service in this location is definitely declining. I order from Chick-fil-A because the food and service stands out from other fast food restaurants and it's worth the higher price. I'm no expert in restaurant business, but it seems to me that this location does poorly at training their employees, no more "my pleasure," all you get is short answers and silence. It's very noticeable. The only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is because the food was delicious and the guy employee handing out orders was very kind and respectful. If it happens again, I'm definitely adjusting my review to 1 star, getting my money back, and making a formal complaint. No one likes to eat upset..."

"Great team. Consistently clean, friendly, professional. They always include napkins and I don’t have to ask. Seleste was very accommodating and respectful. Laura is very charming and helpful. Chick-Fil-A makes vegan wraps upon request, and they taste good and have good texture. Their perfect waffle fries are lightly fried and not greasy. Their mustard has great flavor. Plenty of parking and seating. Quiet atmosphere with nice music. I miss those fresh flower days, but I always have a great experience when I come. I can’t wait to use their app … it has reward programs which is awesome. Bring your family. Enjoy!"
