"The only thing that I don’t like about Taco Bell is that when you put a review in they don’t even give you numbers to get some free at the store later! sweep States? Walmart has a Sweepstakes. Should be able to get you a free taco or some for putting in a review. another thing I don’t like about Taco Bell is that they hire some of the most rudest people. The majority of them are rude. You have a few spare good apples."

"This is the 3rd or 4th time when I pull up to the window to pick up my order, they will either ask me to pull up out of the way of the window and then have me reverse back to the window when my order is ready… or they will give me my drinks and then ask me to pull out of the drive through; wait 5 minutes and then pull back into the drive-through behind people. By the time I get my order, it’s either COLD or WRONG.. not to mention my drinks halfway gone by the time I get my food."

"It’s 1pm on a Wednesday. I just waited five minutes at the drive-through and nobody responded so I drove around to the window. There were people in the restaurant and one of them stared at me out the window for at least a minute. A second person popped up from below the window, from doing who knows what, opened the window and said, can I help you. I asked her if she could take my order and she said just a sec. She proceeded to clean her self up from who knows what she was doing. Got organized, then looked at me and said can you drive around again? I asked her if she could just take my order and she said no she only knows how to do it if I talk to her through her headset And she asked me again if I could drive around and place my order at the menu. I have no confidence in the ability of these employees. And it’s Taco Bell so it’s not that hard. So I drove around to a different restaurant and had some thing other than Taco Bell today."

"Me and my family got food poisoning from this Taco Bell, I’ll never be back here again. The whole crew needs to be retrained, or replaced. I had never been more sick from a fast food place in my life. I ordered the Mexican pizza and two tacos, a few beef burritos and two potato tacos. I’m pretty sure the beef was bad or something. The manager is very helpful, even though she was on the phone she still checked up on me and asked if I need anything. Great example of customer service I wish more people had. Keep up the good work Silvia! This Taco Bell is normally really good but there has been a lack of communication recently, they didn’t have any soft drinks so I asked for a drink refund. I was told to wait a few minutes for the manager, so I sat down waiting the. This guy calls me over and said here is your refund. He refunded the whole meal. He never talked to me about what I wanted refunded and the employee didn’t tell him it was a drink refund. Please have better communication. Tables are sticky and the floor is dirty."

"Quiet location, self-serve kiosks. Plenty of parking. Good sized eating lobby but needs to be cleaned more often. Several tables needed to be swept under. Some slush flavors were not available but they don't have the courtesy to say that prior to ordering."
