"I had trouble replacing my break lights. The light was stuck in the socket and couldn’t be untwisted. The employee, Jerome, worked tirelessly for about 20 mins to ensure it was replaced. I’m very pleased with the experience at this AutoZone! Looking at the other reviews and my experience, he absolutely deserves a raise for how courteous and helpful he is!"

"Don't ever go to this Bellaire location. 100% Bad service. I had a battery issue. I parked my car in front the store (Bellaire @ Jetty ln) AutoZone location, the "manager" Juan refused to exchange/sell the battery for me. He requested me take the battery out from my car, bring it into the shop and I put it back myself. There was only one customer in the store (me). It was not busy at all. Since when AutoZone changed it policy's replacement it for their customers. I don't have the tools to do it. Anyway, I managed driving to another AutoZone location, they're happy exchange it for me, no questions asked. Very Bad management!!!"

The bulb got stuck in the light socket and he was on foot and knee helping us with retrieving it! He was friendly but most importantly, extremely helpful and well prepared!!!
