Jared, one of their employees, put the nut bolt on, checked every tire to see if all the nut bolts were tight and secure, and then even gifted me a 4-way since I had none. "Started having trouble cranking my car during a cold front so pulled into this O’Reilly’s since it’s close to my office. Frank greeted me and walked out to my car and looked at my battery and recognized it as one of theirs. He asked how long ago I had bought it and I didn’t know and he said no problem I can look it up in the computer. He tested my alternator to make sure it was ok and then proceeded to replace my battery under warranty. Thank you so much Frank for getting me taken care of super fast.
