They arrived early within their timeline window, placed shoe covers over their shoes before entering my home and demonstrated care for my kitchen while performing the range repair. They demonstrated strong technical skills during the service call but most importantly showed best in class warranty coverage when the replacement control panel was found to be defective. While the range manufacturer would not replace the defective new part, Mr. Appliance stepped up by purchasing another control panel and performing another service call to install the replacement control panel at no additional cost which fixed my range. Mr. Appliance demonstrated timely, skilled and professional service which is backed by strong warranty ethics that has won me over as a life long customer."
