"We were just passing through and looking for someone to just take a look at our aqua-hot heater. We left South Dakota on January 10th and realized that our hot water was not working right. The last week was cold as hell on our way down. Our campgrounds either had bad outlets or the water was frozen everywhere and they never told us until after we paid. My wife Cindy called Texas Hill Coach to see if they would at least look at it on January 17th. We were on the road and they said be there at 1. A little hard to turn into but the service was over a 10!!!!!!!!! They are way by far the best RV place that I have EVER dealt with. Specially our tech , Marco. The last time that we had our camper worked on was at Camping World in Sioux Falls SD and it was stolen right off of their lot and they didn't even know it until I got a certified letter from the state stating that they had abandoned property of mine!!!! They didn't even know that it was GONE??????? Again, Texas Hill Coach is just simply fantastic."
"We had an accident with our fifth that ripped off several of our solar panels and tore the roof in several places. It also destroyed the awning. They had to replace the the roof (including decking), the solar panels, the awning and ladder. Terry and his crew were so accommodating, keeping us informed of the status and cost of the repairs. We're full-time rvers and they were able to get us back on the road with in a matter of a few weeks. They did an excellent job.
