"I had bought an electric mower last year. One of my batteries isn’t any good. Just been really busy and I haven’t inquired about the warranty. Sales person in mowing department was helpful but the return cashiers seemed bothered with my questions. She sighed .oh boy. She not the most welcoming person. Just needed the date of purchases. Just wanted a date, so I get with craftsman customer service for a warranty."

"I had always shop at Lowe’s today I had to return some items that i purchased by mistake.I proceed to the costumer service area there were 2 register open. I just wanted to exchange the items and pay there as well for the other 5 little items I had. Pamela with an attitude told me that it was for exchange only that if I wanted to pay for the items I needed to go pay at the registers. I had always exchange for tools and pay there for the correct ones never a problem. I proceed to the self check out and Tammy with the great attitude ask me how my dad was going and was very polite. We need more people like Tammy."

"Been coming to this store for a couple years now (closest to my house). Been working several projects and lost one of the receipts. Returned with no problem for store credit all times before today. I go to do this today for two 2x4s (maybe $7) and am told they do not do store credit. I point out the sign behind the employee and the sign on the desk say store credit is possible. I'm told they "don't do that anymore". Kind of feels like I'm being lied to, but hey, I guess it's their call not to do the return. I was about to spend hundreds more in lumber. I'd have thought that would be worth $7 that i would immediately spend in their store. Honestly debating returning all the material i have thus far i do have receipts for worth hundreds. Will take my future business to Home Depot."

"Lowe's gets a 1 today. I was in the store appliance area for 15 minutes. I was looking to buy a washer. I saw four guys in the area. One guy walked past me looked at me and turned his head the other way. Lowes customer service isn't the best anymore!!!!!! Picture of the guys standing around chatting."

"We had researched online washer and dryer sets prior to arriving to this location and found one we were pretty interested in. Unfortunately when we arrived it was not available at this location, only through the distribution center. Stephanie was very helpful through the whole process and looked up different ones and pricing, with or without delivery. She was able to find a set in stock that we could purchase and take home! She was very patient and detailed. Robert was also helpful in loading them up onto the truck. Lowes had a lot of Halloween decorations already out which we were so excited about! We found a few inflatables we liked but ended up purchasing the Hand with the eye that moves left to right. Also bought potting soil reasonably priced, and this Bissell vacuum as well. Bathrooms were clean."
