"Had a blowout on my semi-trailer on I 35 here in San Marcos, Texas. I confirmed the rates with the lady on the phone before the technician came out. Once the work was complete, My Bill was way higher than I anticipated, $837 to be precise. 25 miles out. (I guess) The rates went from $155 to $185. I don’t know what the call out fee was after all, but changed to two hour minimum and more than $98 the used tire cost $275 taxes plus disposal fee. It was highway robbery, but just my opinion. I should’ve driven or hobbled to the TA truck-stop probably would’ve came-out wayyy cheaper. However, road services a gateway to get shafted in my opinion, the technician and the secretary were very nice. They were all very polite, but that price change after the service was done—Unacceptable! “Sorry we quoted you shop rates instead of roadside rates.” Well I never would’ve accepted your service if I would’ve known it was going to cost this much! $837 for one used trailer tire repair. I was in San Marcos and you drove from new Braunfels is crazy. Confirm prices before taking service!"

"This place and the guy running it are absolutely amazing. Koen was super cool and helpful. I was on my way home from work at like 6:15 pm and my tire popped. Most places close at 7:00 so obviously I’m in trouble. We ended up finding Truck Masters on Google and saw that they’re open 24/7. We took the tire over there and Koen had it replaced in no time at all. And it’s not too expensive either! Thank you for your awesome service! Definitely my new go to place."
