"I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the West Houston VW dealer. Their customer service is beyond disappointing. Apparently, they have some arbitrary rule that they won't mail license plates to clients unless they live 50 miles away or more. Can you believe that? I live just 49 miles away, and they couldn't care less about helping me out. I reached out to them, explaining my situation and hoping for some understanding or flexibility. But no, they offered no assistance whatsoever. It's truly disheartening to see a dealership prioritize an arbitrary distance over customer satisfaction and convenience. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to accommodate a mere mile difference left me feeling frustrated and saddened by the entire ordeal. I wouldn't recommend West Houston VW dealer to anyone who values good customer service. If they can't be bothered to help customers who are just one mile short of their arbitrary threshold, it's clear that they prioritize their rules over the people they're supposed to serve. Stay away and save yourself the disappointment."
