"The manager Lauro treats some of his staff terribly. Also the food tastes pre-packaged. We won’t be going back. There are plenty of other authentic Mexican restaurants in the area."

"Based on my experiences I’ve had at the other locations, I my hopes were high for this location. Unfortunately the quality of food made the experience pretty lack luster. The food was prepared just fine, but the quality of food was not on the same level as the other locations across the city. Service was great, but I won’t be coming back unfortunately."

"No communication at the door it was just assumed to follow the host. He didn’t make eye contact or communicate. The waiter was rude and provided awful service, almost as if we were being ignored. Multiple families came and went after we had been seated. Empty drinks empty chips and salsa. When food came out it was ice cold. I rejected my meal, my wife had hers taken back and when it returned it was obvious it had been microwaved. I spoke to the manager who apologized for being busy even though half the restaurant was empty and again multiple families came and went after our arrival. We have been going to El Tiempo locations for over twenty years but this is one to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible from start to finish."

"We had both beef and chicken fajitas, which were great. The meet was cooked just right as were the sides. The service was a bit slow but we didn’t care. The server was friendly and the atmosphere was peaceful. We like El Tiempo and will be back."

"Extremely expensive ! Be careful people. 1/2 Chicken fajitas is $50. Food was not hot. Warm, but not hot. And quality is nothing different than any regular Mexican restaurant. In fact, nothing close to be a top class Mex food. It was my first and last time. Be aware !"
