"One of the most poorly managed casual restaurants in The Woodlands. Wait times are very long and staff is indifferent at best. No one has taught them how to treat a customer. I have consistently encountered issues whether dining in or picking up takeout. Tonight, for example, I ordered online and received confirmation my order would be ready in about 30 minutes (6:12pm). When I arrived, there was a line out the door and no separate area designated for pick-up. A few people blasted through and simply cut ahead of others to ask about their take-out orders — which prompted angry words from some. I waited patiently in line until 6:33 and was handed my (now cold) spaghetti without so much as a “thank you”. Several other customers were irate. No Manager in sight. I’m probably done with Crust —- too many other (and better) options in the area. As for the food itself, the pizza and pasta are good (not great); salads are horrid."

"This is the best pizza in the area, by far. The service and loyalty program keep you coming back. I ordered two Pizza and a beer to have while I waited. Wasn't half way through my beer when I got the text message that it was ready. They got an order wrong a while back and comped it. They did right the one time they got it wrong. Can't ask for more. The Tuscan is just AMAZING!"

"Baltimore and Michael were so friendly and helpful. I was visiting with a handicap patient of mine and they helped me seat her at the table, made sure we had silverware and condiments. I am very happy and will tell everyone I know about my positive experience."

"This such a cool pizza place! The staff was super nice and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. The decor is modern industrial with still a cozy feel. The wine is great a glass of Moscato was only $4 which is not bad at all. Our pizza was delicious! My husband enjoyed his pepperoni pizza and said the thin crust was super light and crispy and had a good amount of pepperoni on it. My stuffed crust pizza was fabulous the crust has this garlic butter seasoning which is so good, and I had a great amount of toppings on mine as well. Overall I would highly recommend this place for your pizza cravings whether your dining in or doing take out!"
