"Nobody and I mean nobody spoke English. Order said it would be delivered by 6:15 and at 7:30 we called to see what was up. We were told that we were waiting on pizzas to be made. Order never came. Even went to the store and the order wasn't ready. On top of this they still charged us even though we canceled our order. I had ordered here several times before and the pizza was never done. Took it as just the cost of getting cheap pizza but this place is way below average"
"Please hire new staff, use to love coming here. Employees don’t care, they lounge around and they messed up big time on my order. Had some type of wax paper UNDER the cheese. Went to ask for a refund and they said they had no manager to give me a refund? Ridiculous."
"The pizza was fresh, hot and very delicious!! However service could have been better if they had more than 2 people there. If you know someone that is in need of a job send them here. Luckily I ordered online because walking in to order was not a good idea. The two pizza attendance were focused on making the pizza. There was no one at the cashier. So no warm welcome when you walked in and if someone was there they would have been able to explain the delay on orders. Other than that the food was a 9/10!!! I will be back!!"
"It's raw. Dough is still stringy. This is supposed to be 2 deep dish pizzas. This is horrific. I can't say anything else"
"Somebody, anybody, please get this store a decent set of pizza cutters?! Also, somebody please teach these kids how to cut a pizza, it literally looked like our pizza was cut by a blind folded toddler. And it’s been like this every single time we have ordered from here. We at least got what we ordered and it wasn’t burnt or cold. So there’s that- for what its worth."
