"Healthy eating at its finest. I had the basil pesto chicken with garlic mash potatoes and spinach. Spinach was simple, juicy, and delicious. Mash potatoes was excellent, and the chicken was moist and cooked to perfection. Best part about this place is the restaurant ambiance. We need one in Forney TX. Unfortunately, I ate all my food, so no picture to show."

"Found a Cafe Express to get one of my favorite salads. Ah oh, they ruined it with shrimp sauce. Correction: tasted like marinara. Nasty. I spoke with the manager and she offered to bring me more shrimp or a new salad. I am not wasting food. Will not be back to this location anytime soon. Cafe Express Woodlands on College Park Drive."
