"My experience at our new neighborhood Chick-fil-A was impressive! Mandy, the Operations Mgr, took my order and through her friendliness she engaged me in conversation. I told her I was in grad school and was working on 2 projects, adding I was taking a break for lunch. Shortly after my food arrived at my table on the patio, she came out and brought a bag. Inside was a handwritten card wishing me good luck and words of encouragement signed by the staff!!!!! She also included a stress ball and a little Chick-fil-A stuffed cow. This went SO far and beyond average service. This was personalized and excellent service! Great job! From, one of your favorite customers : )"

"Ok, I had to do a review because this is getting to be rediculous. Why in the world did I order 2 Ckn Minis 4ct and one of them only had 2 in them. I don’t even think there is something on the menu with only 2. This is the 3 rd time they have messed up an order of mine, for the prices things should come correct Every single time. I live in Bridgeland but I may have to start going and telling everyone if they want their food correct to go to the Chick Fila in Townlake. Also the girl that took my order was not nice at all!!"

"THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME. we go to this Chick-fil-A every time because it is near our house but tell me why every time we go there they never do anything right. This happens every time. every time I order a sauce they never give me the right one or they give me just one like who just wants one sauce, but this was outrageous. I ordered a honey roasted barbecue sauce. They ended up giving me mustard like who eats mustard with Chick-fil-A. I ordered a four dollar mac & cheese, which is already expensive but tell me why I find out that it’s half empty Chick-fil-A so bad in general none of the staff Know how to cook go to a different location I want my money back"

"Have to agree with a lot of the reviews here. I’ve almost never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A, and now I’ve had 4+ at this location in three months. I’ve got home with the wrong order from the drive thru 3 times. Today they said they didn’t have any chicken noodle soup despite it being cold/flu season. I keep giving this location opportunities but they continue to disappoint. I would recommend always checking your order at this location, or likely an even better option is to drive an extra few minutes to towne lake or 290 location."

"Chick-fil-a usually knocks it out of the park. Every other location around here is awesome. This one though is such a mess. From the poorly designed lay-out that is asking for a pedestrian accident, to the undersized parking area despite it having outdoor dining. The service here is so slow. Despite the app telling me it orders when I’m close it always takes them forever for carry-out. Then another 2+ minutes after the app tells me to come to the window to pick up. I can always tell when the food comes from here if my wife brings it home. Over salted fries, overcooked nuggets. I’ve tried this location so many times and even though it’s under a mile from me, I’d rather go to the one by Target. Get it together Chick-fil-a- this is not up to your usual standard."
