"Just got a washer and dryer today and had them delivered. The driver hooked them up and got it started. When he left, I noticed water was all over the floor. Upon further investigation, water was shooting out of all the vents on the back of the washer and flooded the house. I contacted A Plus Appliance about this issue and they said they would not be refunding me for the defective washer that flooded my house. The delivery guy returned and took the back of the washer off. He found a disconnected hose that was the culprit. I would not recommend purchasing any products from this company due to them completely abandoning me after a defective product that they sold to me as working and functioning properly, flooded my house."

"Googled for a place to get a washing machine and found A-plus appliance. Wasn't looking to spend a lot. They have great prices there. Friendly staff help you find what you are looking for. They even hooked up the washer to show you it works properly. It was quick and easy. Helped load it into my truck. Comes with a 1 year warranty. Great experience and I would recommend this place for washers, dryers, stoves and refrigerators. Give them a call for any questions."

"I was able to walk in on a whim, while heading to another place for a washer and dryer, and walk out with a set cheaper than I ever expected and definitely wouldn't have been able to get that price anywhere. I received a warranty from the establishment and Norma was so incredibly helpful when it came to explaining everything. She talked to me about the different brands, options available on different machines as well as financing opportunities for the set I liked. Norma was able to help me find a financing option and set me up for same day delivery. I'm definitely going to recommend this place to anyone I know who may be interested."

"Purchased a new washer and used dryer February 2023. Fast forward to now Sept 2023 and my used dryer has stopped working. Called them and they stated that the warranty for used items was only 60 days for parts and 1 yr for labor. I decided to use a reliable company who came out to give me their opinion and upon opening up my used dryer they noticed that it was not cleaned at all to begin with. (Picture 1) They also told me that because it was not cleaned before being sold it did catch on fire. They went ahead and cleaned it and replaced it with new Samsung parts. (Picture 2) Use caution when purchasing used appliances from this company. Ask the questions and ask for proof."
