"The service is lacking. The staff display extreme rudeness, providing poor customer service. Their demeanor often reflects annoyance. When my medication was out of stock, they didn't care to inform me. A few days had passed, and it wasn't until I called that I was made aware of the situation."
"I'm immensely grateful for the exceptional care provided by the pharmacy staff at Walgreens Walnut Creek in Mansfield. Facing a severe accident with significant facial fractures, a broken ankle, and wrist, I was prescribed a complex pain regimen. Knowing the potential delays in typical pharmacy settings due to lack of diagnosis information, I personally reached out to the pharmacist, introduced myself, and explained my situation. This proactive step ensured they understood the "why" behind my medications, preventing any unnecessary delays. Despite a hiccup with a prescribed capsule form that wasn't in stock, the team went above and beyond, calling me to inform me and the doctor to rectify the situation promptly. The level of empathy and patient care displayed by Walgreens Walnut Creek pharmacy team was truly transformative. Even as a former employee and current critic of Walgreens, recalling the talented pharmacists and pharmacy techs led me back for my medication needs. This experience reaffirmed my belief in the professionals at Walgreens Walnut Creek, showcasing a dedication to patient well-being that goes beyond expectations."
"Poor customer service and wait times. This was the 2nd time this week (the first time it happened I figured it was a bad day) but twice in one week? Walked up to the window where I was the first one with no one in front of me. Two ladies were trying to figure out a problem on the computer for over 5 minutes without acknowledging me or even a “we’ll be right with you” I could see drivers in their cars at the drive up window looking around for help each time they pulled up (as multiple cars drove off after waiting so long). When one of the ladies finally acknowledged me, roughly 7 minutes standing there- she tells me that my wife’s prescription isn’t ready yet and it would be a 10 minute wait. The prescription was sent over 4hrs ago. The first time this happened earlier this week they told me to come back in an hour, after the prescription was sent over 2 hours ago. What is the point of having your doctor send over a prescription here if it’s never going to be ready? Save yourself the time and headache and find another pharmacy in Mansfield. I probably would’ve not been so furious had they just acknowledged me upon arriving but instead ignored me standing there- I was able to snap a picture to show my wife how oblivious they were to me."
"Service was horrible. I got the call my prescription was ready around noon. I get to the drive thru around 8pm & it’s not ready nor is my insurance accepted all of a sudden. The guy went on a rant about me paying or using good RX couldn’t even get a word in. Then he said I could come in and wait. There’s no distinction what line is what luckily all the customers were friendly ( no overhead signs like usual). Finally the meds are ready & my insurance magically works. I get home and realize I have double medication & that’s why it wasn’t ready but mind you I was told only one was ready at the drive through. If you’re going to be rude or nice nasty at least be accurate. It’s the guy that wears the black cross earrings. He was moving a mile a minute & acted like you were bothering him. I get multi tasking but this was on an entire different level. I’ve switched pharmacies."
"This pharmacy is going downhill fast, I was only held for over an hour 2 different times because I was hung up on. Told they do not have my medication, so I called another pharmacy, and it was transferred here, so I came up here and still not ready. The pharmacy has one tec, and that's it, so I need to say the young lady is very nice and overworked, yet this doesn't help customers. Our time is just as valuable as the people working. I would say hire more people."
