"It was time to replace my valve gasket since an oil leak occurred. I was familiar with Rodriguez Point S Tire & Automotive because I had purchased some tires a few months back. I called to see if they could fix my issues and I was able to get assistance the same day. They answered all my questions and made sure my vehicle was ready for the road again. "The worst repair shop I have ever been to. I went in to fix an oil leak. They said the head gasket needed replaced, that didn't fix it. Then they said the oil pan gasket needed replaced, that didn't fix i. Then they said replace the main seal, that didn't fix it. While I was there I had them replace my catalytic converter. While welding the CAT the welder torched my wiring and burned it badly. They said it was caused by the oil leak. After I took it to the Jeep dealer the Jeep mechanic said it was the welder that caused the damage, not an oil leak. After almost $3,000 spent to fix it, and 4 separate times to Rodriquez Tire shop, it still leaked. I will never be back. They took me for a ride. Here are some pictures of the damage. It's about a month later and I still have the oil leak. Now my car is throwing a code of 420 and 430 which is a faulty catalytic converter, damaged O2 sensor, wiring issues, and exhaust leaks are the most common reasons. I paid a lot of money to have the CAT replaced and it is still a mess."

"Do not come here ever!! I wish I could leave negative stars. For this place. I’ve been coming here and have sent many people here for years. Never have I been disrespected so much by these men. Talking down to me about my tires like I didn’t know the rim was cracked I just wanted a professional to help since I don’t have the tools but instead I got a receipt shoved in my face and told we have been here for 40 years for a reason. But if that was so then why can’t you see my rim is cracked and needs to be replaced?"

"Polo & his crew at Rodriguez Point S Tire & Automotive were very welcoming & helpful when I went in for an alignment. I’m no mechanic but I know equipment & these guys have one of the best alignment machines I’ve ever seen. The tech was very transparent & showed me (& explained) the alignment before & after results. Mr. Polo even took time to go with me to test drive my vehicle to verify the alignment corrected my problems; which were shaking, pulling of the steering wheel, & a bouncy ride. Mr Polo offered to also rebalance my tires for free with his robust balancing machine. I just had a different tire company install all 4 new tires (& that’s where we noticed the uneven tire wear) & the tire company recommended I use Rodriguez Point S for the alignment since they themselves didn’t have the capabilities. I’m glad I took their advice because the crew at Rodriguez Point S were very fast, professional & welcoming. I recommend them for all your tire needs or alignments. They offer several other services but I didn’t use them. Just from what I’ve seen, I’m sure their great customer service, quality of their work, & quality of their equipment….. you won’t be disappointed. Our vehicle now drives so much smoother and our gas mileage improved from 16.2 mpg to 21.7. Minor changes but huge results."
