"First gal I spoke to (not at branch store) said I had the wrong part (an LG evap fan motor assembly EAU64824401). She said the one they had in stock only has 1 connector and is OEM. She transferred my call to the branch store, and the guy said the part they had in stock measured 1.25" (which is what the OEM part measures). These people wasted my time by making me think they had the original size OEM part, and having me travel to their store. I measured it, and it was the same size as the part I bought on Amazon (1.4") , with 2 connectors, and Reliable Parts wanted double the price of what I paid on Amazon. The 1.4" depth part I had was rubbing on the fan shroud, and this is why I was looking for the OEM part that should have been 1.25". Don't tell the customer inaccurate information. If you don't know the correct measurement, then let the customer know."
