"The worst curbside customer experience ever!!! I checked into curbside, waited 15 minutes, called the store, only to ring forever then be placed on hold. I finally decided to go into the store to find out the person running curbside was at lunch and no one else to take over. I asked several associates for help, they could not release curbside orders, only the customer service representative can. I waited in line for a few minutes to finally after 45 minutes to pick up my one item. Home depot, you need to do better! At least turn off curbside until someone is available, use some common sense. #homedepot"
"Excellent customer service! Went with my boss to buy a new 10' ladder. Fast response time, due to the quickness of being in and out with what we needed to complete the construction job a few miles up the road at JP Morgan's headquarters."
"Employee was rude while checking out. No hello no nothing not even a how May I help you. I stood there waiting for her to scan my items and when she did she did it with attitude not even once looking at me. She never handed over my purchase like most do I mean this was not a self checkout lane. The new setup where the cashier is no longer in front of you is garbage. They are off to the side towards the front away from where items are scanned. So once you pay you have to reach or step back to retrieve your items and by that time Ms. Ariana the cashier had already turned her back on me and started talking about not having a break. Customer service no longer exists anymore in some of these places. By the way if you need me to train your folks on customer service feel free to contact me in the meantime Ariana needs refresher training."
"I give 1 stars because in store employees are friendly and helpful. 0 star for corporate policies and customer service. 1) was required a pin AND scan ID to use store card. That should be optional to add. I like to give leftover gift cards to people in need. 2) refrigerator - got call the day before to give arrival window 8-noon. Was called at 6am to tell us if we wanted it today we would have to accept damages we were being made aware of but they couldn't send pictures or tell more about it and we could then ask for an unknown amount of damage credit. Or wait at least another week for what we ordered... To find out more we would have to wait until store opened, after product would be delivered. Update: We still are not showing the refund after canceling the refrigerator. A delivery truck just showed up. My partner has now spent a lot of time on phone to find out when the money will be returned... Feels like they are trying to find ways to keep our money in Home Depots control. BTW, don't insult my intelligence by telling me this is all for my security!!"
"I came here looking for some cactus. They had over 11 varieties available. Unfortunately they did not have any garden carts available. The staff was informative and knowledgeable."
