"The lady that owns this place needs to take a class on customer service. Her appliances are good, if they work. And while they may be "like new" they are not "new" like she claims so she is setting herself up for a class action suit. It's like shopping at Solo Serve. If you know, you know. If they don't work or are faulty for being dropped or damaged, good luck trying to get in touch with her. If by the grace of God you happen to reach her after your purchase, she will treat you like a nuance, and you may need a translator. For the amount of money you pay there it's not worth the risk. Facts are stubborn things."

"I know there are quite a few negative reviews here, but... I actually had a pretty positive experience dealing with Erin. She worked with me to get the doors I liked on the refrigerator I was interested in, and worked with me to find a time that was good for delivery. When the gentlemen came with the fridge it wouldn't fit through the door (alas!) but he removed the doors and got it through the entryway no problems. He set it up and ensured everything worked well and he was on his way. Very good! Thanks for everything :) 1200 dollars for a fridge i enjoy very much."
