"I ordered a toilet and installation through Lowes. On the day the third party installer was to show up, they did not because Lowe’s had not given them my correct phone number. My receipt from Lowe’s had my correct number, but no one went any further try and reach me. I called the third party after the no show and rescheduled. After the installer had the base installed, he saw that the seat was wrong. Was round instead of elongated. I called Lowe’s and they said to send installer back for the right seat. He went back to Lowe’s and they opened another toilet box and it also had the wrong seat. At this point they told him to come back and tell me I would have to call Kohler. No I’m sorry or trying to help on their part. I paid $250 for this installation and it is not complete. On top of that remove the toilet Does not mean take away the toilet. That is extra. I am a widow on a fixed income and really feel I did not get what I paid for. Anyone that uses their installation does do at their own risk. I will not be using them again"
"Customer service 0/10 today. Called the store to check an item inventory before driving out to buy it, app said they have 12 but other stores have said that and been sold out. Told them the item # and was put on hold for 13 minutes. Ended the call, called again, got the same guy, Ethan or Evan or something. Gave him the item # again and was left on hold indefinitely. This was on 01/15 during the first day of the winter storm where inventory wasn’t accurate in the app, specifically for the insulation I’m getting. Store was slow as hell, when walking in I saw 3 associates chilling by the customer service desk. I understand, it’s a slow day and there’s less work to do. I don’t have an issue with a slow day. This is just an incredibly small ask to get blown off"
"Went through a self check out and input my info for my military discount like I always do. The person monitoring self checkout asked for my drivers license, and I asked her why she said that I had to scan the bar code on my license. I told her it was not required and that it was even displayed on the monitor. She then stated, "I don't know why I have to do it," and proceeded to scan my license with all my pertinent data. I'm not happy at all with her response and actions. Lowe's needs better training management and staff"
