"Whatacatch Meal, Manager is Complacent. She's the same, nonchalant via food quality & guest service. Nasty establishment! Hesitant because I haven't been here in awhile but then it all came back Last year I ordered same meal & initial experience was mutual as today. The condition of their fish, grainy sand, old, fishy & fell apart. Last year it was corrected & few visits thereafter, the quality remained standard. Today will be my utmost final return"

"|Update: 100% done with this location. Hair in food, mangled food, zombie employees stumbling about inside. Gave feedback on hair in food and employee conduct over a month ago, never heard anything back besides automated email response from corporate system.| It's a shame since I like Whataburger and you want to go to restaurants you live near, but the service has really fallen off a cliff here. It's like pulling teeth to get everything in your order. They just don't pay attention to what they're giving you and you have to nag them and wait extra long. No condiments, no napkins, and items like kids drinks and snacks that go with kids meals are often left out. Always double check your order and go through lane A because odds are you aren't going to get everything on the first pass."

"Last time I will go to this location. I love whataburger always have because of the food but especially the customers service but the last time I went one of my orders was wrong this was the second time the same order got messed up so I called it was the day a storm came thru but I talked to someone told them my son was going to tk it back because he wanted what he ordered and the lady told me can I come another day? I said he wants his food or at least give me a refund she agreed took my info unfortunately I did not catch her name as she seemed too busy to bother with me and hung up. So I called back someone else picked up and when I asked for a name they gave me a name so I waited to see if the refund would show up after several days and not seeing the refund I called talked to another person she took my info when I told her the name of the person I talked to she said no one by that name here so I'm thinking ok they lied about the name but no instead she made it seem like I was lying told me she had no info about what happened told me the manager will call me back well update im still waiting. So this was my favorite whataburger to go to not anymore. Thanks!"
