"Not all Subway locations are created equal. This location has consistently been subpar, but today had to be the worst I've experienced. Being the closest location, I decided to give it a try after not ordering from here in a couple of years. Things have only gotten worse. I ordered 5 sandwiches on the app and all 5 had issues. We ordered 3 tuna sandwiches and there must have been a tuna shortage! The amount of tuna in each sandwich was ridiculous. Every other location I've been to puts huge amounts in their sandwiches yet these looked as if it was measured out with a teaspoon, yet we were charged the same full price. In addition, the sandwiches looked as if the employees made them while blindfolded. Seriously, I have never seen such messy sandwiches. I guess they figured we wouldn't see these trainwreck looking sandwiches till we got home and it would be too late. Lastly, we tried to call instead of making the trek back and naturally no one answers and the voice mail box is full- probably with complaints!"
"We have to give credit when credit is due. Daniel, Sunni, and Mac were holding down the fort and doing an excellent job. Daniel and Sunni were attending customers with great customer service. Mac was handling the back scene taking care of business. Daniel made our sandwiches and helped me with suggestions for my choices which was more than I expected. I really loved the steak and cheese with bacon, yummy!! Sunni was courteous and very sweet. She attended and greeted every driver from Uber Eats and/or Door Dash, very committed to customer service. To be 45 mins from closing and have such a welcoming attitude, compelled me to write this review and give them praise. Kudos to the leadership team for hiring quality individuals. Daniel needs to be part of the leadership team, if he's not already, in my opinion. Moreover, the place was clean and stocked."
"Generally this place is top notch. Now that I've figured out the app, I order online and when I arrive, the order is usually prepared and wrapped up. The sandwiches are normally, wrapped in their own sandwich/wrap paper, and then the sandwiches are placed inside the outer covering neatly and secured with their Subway stickers. Napkins are also included. And any instructions written in that section, are generally followed to a "T." Do not try to add any special coupons in the app because it will not allow you. And the employees generally are 50/50 about fixing whatever the issue is. I still cannot get them to figure out how to give me my free cookie, (free cookie with sub order, current promotion) through the app or when I arrive to pick up my food. Social Distancing and COVID-19 rules are in affect and followed. The regular ladies are generally great with us regulars. Today was a different story. Here are my pictures of today's, non regular staff. I'll post better pics of the regular, normal app orders I generally get."
