"Went to switch my alternator and was told that it was charging, the problem is the bearing are humming loud meaning it might go out, I've switched it 3 times in the last 2 months and don't mind switching it because it's easy. So they said they are not able to switch it because it is charging, every other oriely they exchange it because of the simple fact that I'm not from the area and they don't want me to have issues on the road. I personally don't have an issue with oriely just this particular store."

"I went with my daughter to check her battery and Angel assisted us. He checked her battery and alternator, recommended a battery that was affordable. He then installed it for her and made sure it was installed properly (the other one wasn't). Angel was the most knowledgeable and helpful mechanic we've ever come across. Usually when women walk in to a car parts place or dealership, we're treated like idiots and they try and take advantage. Angel didn't. We will continue coming back to Angel whenever we need anything. Thank you again, Angel."
