"Nothing but a lot of bran you airheaded employees that don’t even know what they’re talking. Every time I come here there’s no customer service. Every manager is confused and lost. Going to HR to corporate to make a big deal the store because I don’t know even how y’all have jobs here.and what happened to greeting your customers as they walk in. "No customer service skills from anyone in the building! I walk into an empty store with 4 employees. Three are huddled up looking at a computer so I walk over to counter with the fourth employee. He looks at me, says nothing, then walks over to another computer. I follow him. He then picks up the store phone and makes a call. Does not acknowledge me once. I take a step back, look at the other 3 employees and they don't look away from the computer they are at. So I left and went to a competitor."
