"I went in here and there was 6 employees inside the store. 4 of them were walking around doing what I would say nothing. So I had to wait until one of the two employees got done with what they weee doing. A quick in and out took almost 30 minutes. Ridiculous. So I was needing a part and decided to give them 1 last chance and they knocked out of the ball park."

"I went in for a battery check and was told the battery is fine, probably the alternator; bought a new alternator and went home to put it on, done it more than a few times; however, in this case, the front of the car practically had to be removed... YIKES!!! So, I call around to get some quotes on labor, and the cheapest was about $1500 at Pep Boys... WHAT!!!. So, I roll into P boys and after about 2 hour wait, I'm told "it's the battery... want a new one?" *shrug* So, the next day, back to O, O, O NO O'Reilly and the same guy is there; I plop his alternator back on the counter & told him to "just put it back on the card", got my receipt and walked out for the last time with nothing else said."

"Just went to oreillys on Marbach! I have been a loyal customer since I started driving and have always favorited oreillys over autozone or any other supplier but today I had the worst experience thanks to your employer “JOE”!!! not sure if he is management but that guy has always been so rude to me I wouldn’t be surprised if others feel the same! Long story short I was in the store I had shopped previously over my phone at autozone to compare prices!and noticed oreillys had their grease fittings for 10.99 while autozone at 5.99 when I asked joe if he can price match he told me NO!!! That the price at the autozone was online pricing but it isn’t picture below shows otherwise FAT JOE!! Stay humble my friends and always win!!!! Now i think it’s time for a new stop to shop for parts"
