"Wow such great service! We are new home owners and are learning as we go and we had a concern and Randall was sent out to check it out! He was such a great teacher and visual teacher to those like me who need to see it to understand. He had a great attitude and very helpful with all his tips for any appliances. "On 9/19/2023 our 9 month old dishwasher had its motor replaced by Guinco through a warranty claim with whirlpool. On 9/23/2023 we used the dishwasher for the first time and noticed a strong chemical burning smell and smoke coming from the dishwasher. We opened it up to find the spray arm was laying on the drying coil and was melted in half while the drying coil itself was melting away. Guinco’s only response was that they are not responsible for any replacements. I’m left with a toxic smelling dishwasher and ruined pots and pans due to an error by Guinco’s serviceman. I expect Guinco and whirlpool to make this right and pay for the installation of the new dishwasher in which I am already paying the price difference from my current model and replace my ruined pots/pans and dishes that are sitting in the toxic fume filled dishwasher that is STILL in my house."
