"I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership recently. The vehicle had multiple things which were in need of repair (cracked windshield, wheel with slight curb rash, hail damage and hood with large scratches). The dealership agreed to correct all of these issues. After a couple of weeks, I was finally told it was ready to be picked up. They said it would be detailed in showroom condition. I arrived and was asked to look over the car. The repainted hood had obvious overspray onto the side quarter panels. I also noticed the windshield had not been replaced. This was after my salesman assured me it was replaced the day before. The car had dust all over it. The manager came out to look at it and he even asked why it was not washed before delivery. There seems to be an obvious lack of communication between the sales department, management and the service center. This was after I was told the GM was involved to handle the situation for me. Obviously, that did not happen. I finally decided to take the title back on my trade in, and I told them to keep their vehicle."
"Had to schedule my oil change and maintenance for my truck. Scheduling was super easy through the app. Was able to get it in with ease and then was notified when they were done. I thought it was going to be all day, but they were done less than 2 hours. Great job!!"
"I came in for a diagnostic, I was quickly attended to by I believe his name was Kyle. He was extremely informative and helpful and I would give him 5 stars on his customer service! I ended up taking my car someplace else simply because the turn around time for a diagnostic for my issue was 3-4 weeks out which didn't work with my warranty plan coverage on my rental but I would definitely come back for another issue..."
"This review is strictly related to the service center. If I could rate lower trust me I would. Here are a few reasons and facts for the low rating: 1) My oil change SCHEDULED appointment was for 11:00am. I dropped my vehicle off at 10:45am. It took 4 hours and 15 mins to complete the oil change. Why even have appointment times when you aren’t even close to meeting the scheduled times. An oil change on my 1500 Silverado takes me without the equipment they have 30 minutes to complete. You wasted me and other peoples entire day. 2) The oil change appointment prior to this last one the technician didn’t even hand tighten the oil plug and the new oil leaked out in my garage when I got home. I notified the service center of this situation and that is the only reason I had another oil change scheduled which took 4 hours. (See note 1) 3) Why have a text service for vehicle status updates when the service technician never responds? (Gary) the technician I had never responded to my 3 requests for updates on the vehicle. I asked at the 2 hour mark, 3 hour mark, and 3.5 hour mark. Due to these reasons I give them a 1 star review. It is 2024. If you have a scheduled appointment time for an oil change, it should take 30 minutes max. Why schedule times if you can’t meet the schedule. At a bare minimum you should notify people who have scheduled times that you are behind schedule and not to bring the vehicle in until you’re ready for the . If you’re contemplating using this automation as a service center, I highly recommend avoiding this location unless you love waiting multiple hours beyond the scheduled appointment times and receiving no updates on your vehicle."
