Customer service staff was very friendly, and they also gave me a courtesy call when my technician was in route. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Caraway. To say he was amazing would be an understatement, because Andrew went above and beyond to assist us. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and just an overall great guy. If I ever had to call ARS Rescue Rooter again, I would definitely request him!!"

"The team that put in the water heater were complete professionals. They were very courteous. They were informative and insured that we knew what was going on and what was gonna happen. They had to do a lot of bringing up the code which required certainly additional work on their part, but they completed it Without any hesitation and finish the project in such a timely manner that we were completely impressed with. "We contacted ARS for looking into our aging furnace and air conditioner. Jonathan paid us a visit first to assess the conditions of the furnace and the AC. He explained very well what was wrong and why replacement of those were needed. The next day Tony came in to discuss the issues and how ARS planned to go about doing what needed to be done. It was decided that both the furnace and the air cooling systems needed to be entirely replaced. He then placed various options before us and tried his best to make the option we chose affordable for us. Tony was extremely knowledgeable, well-spoken, courteous and friendly. The next day Tiko and Jairo came in the morning and worked through most of the day setting up the systems. They went about their job very professionally, and seemed very skilled at what they were doing. They explained everything to us patiently after everything was done. Very satisfied with ARS."
