"When my Ford F-150 started to run very rough, I was directed by my warranty company (PWI Warranties -- NEVER BUY A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY!!) to take my truck to Bob's. I was a little worried about taking my truck to a smaller repair company but they correctly diagnosed the problem that was also personally confirmed by PWI’s local ASE certified mechanic. To make a long story short, I needed a new engine. I'd like to tell everyone Bob's did a great job doing the engine replacement in a timely manner. The engine is running very good. They even insisted that I bring the truck back to them in 2000 miles for a free oil change so that they could inspect the engine to make sure it was running correctly. Well, about a month after my engine replacement, the truck started missing. I took it back to Bob's which diagnosed a bad spark plug coil (which had nothing to do with the engine replacement as these coils are not supplied with the new engine). When I went to pick up the truck, they knocked $50 off the repair bill (which wasn't a lot to begin with). So needless to say I've very satisfied with the service I received at Bob's. They've done a good job for me at a fair price."
