"Can't go wrong with a nice pair of Cole Haans"
"Every season my husband & me buy our shoeses from this store. Yesterday we went to buy another one. Usually Our regular shop experience very satisfy us. But yesterday the young person who works there was very rude. My daughter couldn’t close her water bottle’s cover thight enough and it spilled around without I noticed. When I noticed it, I already felt sorry but the person came accross to me and said “your water bottle spills around!” I said “yes I’m sorry about it we fixed the issue.” Than started to wipe down the water with a napkin by his feet and he looked at my 2 little kids (1 yo & 6 yo) whoose watching outside from the window and he said “Get back! It can fell of! yelled agrasively. (he means the advertising flag in the store) I felt very disturbed and unwantwd in the store. I immediately took my kids out of the store and waited my husband outside till he complete his shopping. I'd get used to see very polite and gentle persons in this store. Unfortunately I feel like I will not shop here again."
